Hostage taking is the most morally acceptable of the three anarchist offenses of kidnapping, terrorism, and torture.  When a hostage is taken, that hostage's physical and spiritual well being become the hostage taker's responsibility; extreme caution should be used that the victim is not submitted to extreme fear, pressure, torture, or wicked attacks.
