Acts or enterprises (selfish, ideological, commercial, or totalitarian) which leads to human beings being bought, sold, and exchanged like merchandise in a disregard of human dignity.  To a lesser degree, not providing a person with just benefits and wages enslaves a person to his work and the employer becomes guilty of this sin. (Eighth Commandment Violation, Exodus 20:15)
