Christ worshipping God

John 4:20–24 (KJV)
20 Our fathers worshipped in this mountain; and ye say, that in Jerusalem is the place where men ought to worship. 21 Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the Father. 22 Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews. 23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. 24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

We can climb the highest spiritual realms, enter into the holiest places on earth, or walk upon the actual footsteps of Christ in Israel, and still NOT worship Him. We can go to church every Sunday, help the homeless and oppressed, establish places of humanities greatest of works, or save the world with new scientific advancements that save millions and still NOT worship God.
We can follow Christ, tithe, volunteer, sing the songs and raise the hands, pray fervently for help from God, speak His name often, and still NOT worship God.

Worship of God is NOT about religion. Though singing the beautiful songs of faith makes most feel really good and holy as the music beats, worship of God is NOT about the sounds, nor the swaying, nor the raised hands of praise done within the congregation of people.
Worship of God IS done with your spirit alone!!! Your spirit talks with God's Being through His Spirit. Oh how He yearns for you to come closer and closer to Him, to recognize His magnificent, omnipresent, omnificent, omnibenevolent, infinite nature, for to recognize this IS WORSHIP, WORSHIP, WORSHIP of God.

How does the true worship of God develop? THROUGH THE TRUTH HE REVEALS TO YOU. Every day He gives you spiritual bread that you eat, and learn more about Him through Truth. It is His Word that states the eternal Truths that He reveals to us each day. And when we are in His presence later, He will reveal more and more and more each day to receive our worship.

Exodus 16:15–19 (KJV 1900)
15 And when the children of Israel saw it, they said one to another, It is manna: for they wist not what it was. And Moses said unto them, This is the bread which the LORD hath given you to eat. 16 This is the thing which the LORD hath commanded, Gather of it every man according to his eating, an omer for every man, according to the number of your persons; take ye every man for them which are in his tents. 17 And the children of Israel did so, and gathered, some more, some less. 18 And when they did mete it with an omer, he that gathered much had nothing over, and he that gathered little had no lack; they gathered every man according to his eating. 19 And Moses said, Let no man leave of it till the morning.

Worship is knowing God and the daily revelations expanding upon our intense love and knowing of Him. Our spirits rejoice in the daily new knowledge and learning of intimate secrets, mysteries, and will of our God that created and loves us. Our spirits eternally celebrate the revelation of Truth that forms our God, and we learn to come closer to Him in abounding love, fear, knowledge, skill, and obedience. But our spirits cannot remain quiet; worship evolves naturally in TRUTH as our spirits proclaim His Glory!

Luke 4:4 (KJV 1900)
4 And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.

Luke 11:3 (KJV 1900)
3 Give us day by day our daily bread.

And when we get to Heaven, and later the New Earth, we will surround the throne of our King, and sing praises to Him and our LORD God with new understanding of their magnificence. But don't worry about running out of things to celebrate in worship to God; He will keep revealing and feeding you bread every day to learn a little bit more about Him so you have more worship inside of your spirit for Him.

He will always feed you! Your worship done in truth and spirit, should never be repetitive, trite, or for the purpose of making you feel good. Rather, it should celebrate our God in all His Glory through our overwhelmed spirits of His Truths revealed to us each day. Be thankful, rejoice, and allow your spirit to know God and worship Him every day after you eat the bread He feeds to you!
